Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Pet Hair Removal Kit. If something is wrong, email us at eknoor.1493@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged, defective or wrong item: send a photo and we will send a replacement or a full refund. No need to return the item.

Changed your mind: contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused. Return shipping is paid by the customer; we refund the product price once the return arrives.

Order not delivered within 30 days of purchase: contact us and we will reship or refund in full.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
