Shipping policy

We ship to Canada only. Shipping is free on all orders.

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after that.

Your kit may arrive in two separate packages (the mitt and the roller ship separately), sometimes days apart.

You will get a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to update.
