FAQ
How much should I trim?
Trim small amounts at a time and avoid the quick, the pink part inside the nail where the blood vessel is. On dark nails it is harder to see, so take even less.
What if I'm not sure?
Ask a groomer or vet to show you the first time. They can show you where the quick is on your pet.
Which pets is it for?
It works best for cats and small to medium dogs.
How long is shipping?
Usually 7–15 business days to Canada and the US. Free, with tracking.
Can I return it?
Yes. Unused items within 30 days of delivery (you pay return shipping). Damaged or wrong items are replaced or refunded free.
How do I contact you?
Email hello@shopnorthcove.ca. We reply in 1–2 business days.
Pairs well with: Self-Cleaning Slicker Brush, for a full grooming session.
